Return Policy
- The product must be in suitable condition for sale (unused and in the original packaging).
- The purchase invoice must be presented.
- The maximum term to request the exchange of products will be 5 business days from the date of receipt.
- The cost of transport and any other that entails the return will be borne by the customer.
- For products purchased through the page, send your request to our email servicioalcliente@eaosd.org
- Purchases made are subject to the right of withdrawal.
- The return will be made through a refund note equivalent to the actual value paid for the product.
Warranty policy
- You must present the payment invoice.
- Products are guaranteed for 30 calendar days.
- The warranty of any product will be subject to a technical diagnosis.
- If the product warranty is valid, the product will be exchanged. If the product does not allow exchange, the price paid will be returned.
- For products purchased through the page, send your warranty request to our email customerservice@eaosd.org
- The guarantee will not be applicable if the diagnosis issued is the improper use of the property by the customer.
- Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for defects in the leather or products purchased in promotion.
