The delivery of a product purchased through this website will be a maximum of five (5) business days, which will begin to count from the confirmation of payment. Nevertheless, if due to unforeseen circumstances and beyond the control of the Santo Domingo School of Arts and Crafts, there are delays in deliveries, the customer will be informed by telephone or electronically to the buyer.
The School of Arts and Crafts Santo Domingo will not be held responsible for payment of compensation for the delay in the delivery of the products.
Purchases made on non-business days will be scheduled and dispatched for the next business day.
In the case of virtual free course kits, the dispatch will depend on the availability of the materials and supplies that make up the kit. However, the delivery of the kit before the start of the course is established as a promise of service .
